What the Coalition Does With Your Support
Coordinated Response
The coalition convenes service providers, government agencies, healthcare partners, and community members to ensure a unified, coordinated response to homelessness across both counties.
Data & Accountability
In Collier County we administer HMIS, conduct the annual Point in Time Count, and track outcomes across the system — ensuring resources go where they are needed most and progress can be measured.
Direct Services
In Collier County, the coalition provides direct services through Coordinated Entry, outreach, case management, and the Bridges program. In Lee County, we provide housing assistance for seniors and youth at risk of homelessness or who are already experiencing homelessness, connections to treatment services. and access to other community reources.
