Working Together
to End Homelessness
The SWFL Regional Coalition connects people in need with services, coordinates resources across two counties, and advocates for lasting solutions to homelessness in Southwest Florida.
Find Your County
The coalition serves Lee and Collier counties through two separate Continuums of Care, each with dedicated programs and resources for their communities.
Coordinates the local homeless response system, conducts the annual Point in Time count, organizes the Veteran Stand Down and Homelessness Vigil, and hosts monthly CoC meetings.
Explore Lee County →As the HUD CoC lead grantee, manages Coordinated Entry, administers the HMIS data system, and provides direct services to individuals experiencing homelessness through Collier Cares and other programs.
Explore Collier County →A Regional Response to a Regional Challenge
The SWFL Regional Coalition to End Homelessness brings together service providers, government agencies, nonprofits, and community members across Lee and Collier counties to coordinate the local response to homelessness. We connect people to services, track outcomes, and advocate for solutions.
