Coordinates the local homeless response system, conducts the annual Point in Time count, organizes the Veteran Stand Down and Homelessness Vigil, and hosts monthly CoC meetings.

As the HUD CoC lead grantee, manages Coordinated Entry, administers the HMIS data system, and provides direct services to individuals experiencing homelessness through Collier Cares and other programs.

About the Coalition

A Regional Response to a Regional Challenge

The SWFL Regional Coalition to End Homelessness brings together service providers, government agencies, nonprofits, and community members across Lee and Collier counties to coordinate the local response to homelessness. We connect people to services, track outcomes, and advocate for solutions.
