Contact Forms

Donation Processing
The Coalition does not store, process, or transmit credit card or banking information directly. All donation payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor.
When you make a donation through this website, you will be directed to or interact with a secure payment processing service. That service collects and processes your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy and applicable financial regulations including PCI DSS compliance standards.
We receive confirmation of your donation and your contact information (name, email, and mailing address if provided) for the purposes of:
- Sending you a tax receipt as required for charitable contributions
- Maintaining donor records as required by law
- Communicating with you about the impact of your gift, if you have opted in

Financial Documents
In keeping with our commitment to transparency, the Southwest Florida Regional Coalition to End Homelessness makes its financial records publicly available. Click any button below to download a document. The 2021 Gaps Analysis is a Word document (.docx); all other documents are PDFs.
IRS Form 990 is the annual information return filed by nonprofit organizations. It provides detailed financial information about our operations, programs, and governance. We are making eleven years of returns available here.
Annual independent financial audits conducted by a certified public accounting firm in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
Gaps analysis reports assess the unmet need for housing and services in our community, identifying where resources fall short of demand. These reports are submitted to the Florida Department of Children and Families.
Racial disparity reports examine inequities in homelessness and access to services among different racial and ethnic groups in our community, in alignment with HUD requirements and our commitment to equity and fairness in service delivery.
