Key Programs
Coordinating the Lee County Response
The Southwest Florida Regional Coalition to End Homelessness coordinates the network of organizations that supports people who are housing insecure in Lee County by convening partners, tracking data, and running key community programs that strengthen the overall system.
Point in Time Count
Each January we conduct a county-wide census of people experiencing homelessness. This data drives federal funding decisions and helps the community understand the scope and nature of homelessness in Lee County.
Veteran Stand Down
Our annual Veteran Stand Down brings together dozens of service providers to connect veterans experiencing homelessness with housing assistance, healthcare, legal aid, benefits enrollment, and more — all in one location.
Homelessness Vigil
Each year we hold a community vigil to honor individuals who passed away while experiencing homelessness in Lee County and to renew our collective commitment to ending homelessness in our community.
Monthly CoC Meetings
We host monthly general CoC meetings open to all member organizations and partners. These meetings coordinate the local response, share data and updates, and advance policy and program goals across the county.
