What Your Gift Supports
As the HUD CoC lead grantee for Collier County, the SWFL Regional Coalition to End Homelessness delivers a full range of direct services and system coordination to help people move from homelessness to stable housing. Your donation supports all of it.
Getting Ahead is a 15 to 20 week workshop series built on the Bridges Out of Poverty framework. Participants — called investigators — work in cohorts with a trained facilitator to explore how poverty operates, assess their own resources across financial, emotional, and social dimensions, and build concrete plans to create new ones. The program teaches participants the “hidden rules” of middle-class and wealth cultures, equipping them with the tools to navigate those systems and author their own path toward self-sufficiency. Each cohort works together, supports one another, and leaves with a personal plan for building a more stable future.

Coordinated Entry
Coordinated Entry is the front door to housing services in Collier County. Your support helps us assess needs, prioritize households, and connect people to the right housing interventions as quickly as possible.
Direct Services & Case Management
Our outreach and case management staff work directly with individuals and families experiencing homelessness to stabilize their situations, navigate systems, and connect them to housing and support services.
HMIS Administration
The Homeless Management Information System tracks every client served across the Collier County CoC. Maintaining this data infrastructure is essential for accountability, performance measurement, and federal reporting.
Outreach
Our outreach team meets people where they are — on the streets, in encampments, and in places not meant for human habitation — to build trust, assess needs, and connect unsheltered individuals to services and shelter.
Bridges Case Management
The Bridges program provides intensive case management for individuals transitioning out of homelessness, helping them stabilize in housing and build the skills and resources needed for long-term self-sufficiency.
Point in Time Count
Each January, we organize volunteers across Collier County to conduct the annual count of individuals experiencing homelessness. This data directly informs federal and state funding decisions for our community.
