Access services through Coordinated Entry or call (239) 263-9363 to get started.

More Than Coordination

The Collier County Coalition both coordinates the homeless response system and provides direct services to people in need. This dual role means we are accountable to HUD as the lead grantee and directly accountable to the individuals and families we serve every day.

System Leadership

As the lead HUD grantee, we are responsible for the performance of the entire Collier County CoC — setting strategy, managing HMIS data, overseeing Coordinated Entry, and ensuring the system meets federal performance standards.

Direct Services

We work directly with individuals and families experiencing homelessness — providing housing navigation, case management, and connection to essential services that help people regain stability.

How We Help

Whether you are seeking help yourself or you are a provider looking to connect with the system, here is how our programs work and how to get started.

Coordinated Entry & Direct Services

Coordinated Entry is the front door to the homeless service system in Collier County. People are assessed and connected to the right resources based on their needs and vulnerability. Our direct service team provides housing navigation, case management, and wraparound support — meeting people where they are and walking with them toward stable housing.

HMIS Administration

We administer the Homeless Management Information System for Collier County — the data platform that tracks service use, outcomes, and system performance across all CoC partner organizations. HMIS data drives funding decisions and system improvement.

Monthly CoC Meetings

We convene monthly meetings open to all CoC members and partners. These meetings advance coordination across the system, share data and updates, and ensure the entire network is working together effectively toward ending homelessness in Collier County.
